Lauren Penn is a Denton-based advocate, creative entrepreneur, and community-builder. She serves on the City of Denton Mobility Committee and is actively involved in grassroots initiatives including Bike Bus Denton, Pop-Up Market Makers, and the Denton Prairie Collective—efforts that support safer streets, local economies, and connected neighborhoods. Lauren is also the creator of the Texas Backyard Homes Guide, a resource hub designed to help homeowners navigate the ADU process.
